Physical Products — NFC Keychains

We stand behind the quality of our 3D printed NFC keychains. Because each order is custom-made to your specifications, please review the following:

  • Defective or damaged items: If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or the NFC chip is non-functional, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
  • Incorrect order: If we shipped the wrong color, size, or URL configuration, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
  • Custom orders: Because keychains are printed and programmed to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse once production has begun. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.
  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins (typically within 24 hours of order confirmation). After production starts, cancellations are not available.

Consulting & Software Services

Consulting engagements are project-based and governed by a separate agreement. In general:

  • Deposits: Any deposit paid to begin a project is non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Milestone payments: Payments tied to completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • Unused retainer time: If a retainer engagement is terminated early, any prepaid unused hours may be refunded at our discretion depending on the engagement terms.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a problem with your order, use our contact form with your order details and a description of the issue. We respond within one business day.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
